James has been part of the HWM team since graduating from university in 2015. He started his career as a Paraplanner, a role he held for ten years before progressing to become a Financial Adviser in 2026. Having spent many years supporting advisers and working closely with clients, James has a good understanding of the importance of building a financial plan around each client’s individual circumstances and goals. He provides holistic financial advice and enjoys using cash flow forecasting and life goal planning to help clients understand what their financial future could look like. James is also in the final stages of completing his Chartered Financial Planner qualification.
